The restaurant is in a strip mall between Walmart and the Hilton Garden Inn, both of which are part of the RiverStone development at Exit 308. It is a family business managed by Mr. Luis Covarrubias, his wife and his brother-in-law, Tommy Lopez. They also own two other locations in Fairfield, IL and Kentucky.
